Rum Point & Kaibo

A beach & lunch stop on your private charter

Description

On a longer charter, Rum Point and Kaibo make the perfect midday stop. Rum Point is a classic Cayman beach — soft white sand, calm water, hammocks between the palm trees, and easy swimming. It’s a relaxed place to pull in, cool off, and take a break from the water.

Kaibo, just around the corner, is the food stop. The Kaibo Beach Bar & Grill does fresh seafood and Caribbean plates right by the sand, and Kaibo Upstairs is the option for a nicer sit-down lunch with a view. We drop you in, you eat and relax, and we carry on with the rest of your day whenever you’re ready.

Rum Point & Kaibo Questions, Answered

How the beach and lunch stop works on a longer charter.

They’re neighbouring spots on the north side. Rum Point has the classic white-sand beach, hammocks, and calm swimming. Kaibo is best known for its beach bar and grill and upstairs restaurant. Many guests swim at Rum Point and eat at Kaibo.

Yes, on a 4+ hour charter. We drop you at Rum Point or Kaibo, you relax and eat at your own pace, and we carry on with your day whenever you’re ready. Food and drinks there are paid on your own.

It’s up to you. That’s the point of a private charter. Most groups spend around an hour, but you set the pace.

Plenty. Rum Point has soft sand, shade, hammocks, calm water for swimming, and easy snorkeling nearby. It’s a good midway break on a longer day on the water.

We recommend 4+ hours so there’s real time to relax and eat without rushing the rest of your stops.

Yes. A Kaibo pick-up is available as an add-on, which is handy if you’re staying on the north side, East End, or Cayman Kai.
