Booking Confirmation
Reservations with Cayman Kind Watersports Ltd. are contingent upon availability and confirmation. A written confirmation of your booking will be issued, either via email or on our website.
Payment
To secure your reservation, full payment is necessary. We offer multiple payment options, including credit/debit cards. All prices are listed in USD, and additional charges or taxes might be applicable.

Weather Conditions
Ensuring the safety of our clients is paramount to us at Cayman Kind Watersports Ltd. We retain the authority to cancel or reschedule a charter due to unfavorable weather conditions or safety considerations. Should a cancellation occur due to weather, clients will be given the choice to reschedule their booking or receive a complete refund.
No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive at the designated departure location promptly as scheduled, it will be deemed as a no-show, and refunds will not be issued.
Changes and Rescheduling
Clients can request alterations to their booking date, contingent upon availability and adherence to our rescheduling guidelines. Modifications made within 7 days of the initial departure date might result in a rescheduling fee or be subject to cancellation charges.
Substance Use
The use of illicit substances is strictly forbidden onboard, and the captain retains the authority to decline service to anyone caught violating this rule.
Liability and Waiver
Prior to boarding the vessel, all passengers are required to sign a liability waiver. This action signifies the clients’ acknowledgment and acceptance of the inherent risks associated with water activities.
Safety Equipment
Passengers are required to comply with all safety protocols and instructions provided by the captain and crew. All passengers must wear life jackets and use other safety equipment as instructed.
Personal Belongings
Cayman Kind Watersports Ltd. is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the charter.
Charter Capacity
The maximum charter capacities must not be surpassed, and passenger counts must adhere to safety regulations.
Conduct
All passengers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may lead to the early termination of the charter.
Wildlife and Environment
Clients are required to show respect for the local wildlife and marine ecosystem. Feeding, touching, or disturbing marine life is strictly prohibited.
Personal Health and Fitness
Clients who have health concerns or medical conditions should seek advice from a medical professional before engaging in water activities.
Force Majeure
Cayman Kind Watersports Ltd. cannot be held liable for delays or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
Dispute Resolution
If disputes or disagreements arise, both parties will endeavor to resolve them through negotiation and effective communication.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands.
