Cancellation Policy
More than 48 hours before departure
Full refund with no fees.
Or you may choose a 100% Lifetime Booking Credit to use at a later date.
Within 48 hours of departure
A 5% processing fee applies.
(You will receive 95% of your booking amount.)
Or you may choose a 100% Lifetime Booking Credit to use at a later date.
No-show
In the event of a no-show on the scheduled departure date, no refunds will be provided, and the full booking price will be forfeited.
Weather-Related Cancellations
Ensuring safety remains our utmost priority. If, on the day of your charter, we assess that weather conditions or other factors present a safety hazard, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the trip. In such instances, you will have the choice to reschedule your charter at no extra expense or receive a complete refund.
This applies even if the cancellation occurs on the day of your charter.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be promptly processed, typically within 7 to 14 business days. However, the timeframe for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.
