You may cancel your charter before the departure time subject to the following Cancellation Terms and Fees:

Booking Changes

Should you desire to reschedule your charter, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, depending on availability. Nevertheless, please be aware that modifications made within 7 days of the initial departure date may incur the same cancellation fees as outlined.

Cancellations More Than 7 Days Before Departure

For cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled departure date, you are entitled to a refund amounting to 95% of the total booking price. A 5% administration fee will be subtracted from the refund to cover processing expenses. Alternatively, clients may opt for a 100% Lifetime Booking Credit, which can be utilized at a later date.

Cancellations 2-6 Days Before Departure

For cancellations made within 2-6 days before the scheduled departure date, clients are eligible for a refund equivalent to 90% of the total booking price. A 10% administration fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing expenses. Alternatively, clients may opt for a 100% Lifetime Booking Credit, which can be utilized at a later date.

Cancellations of 24 Hours or Less Before Departure

No refund is available for cancellations made within 24 hours or less of the departure date.

No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show on the scheduled departure date, no refunds will be provided, and the full booking price will be forfeited.

Weather-Related Cancellations

Ensuring safety remains our utmost priority. If, on the day of your charter, we assess that weather conditions or other factors present a safety hazard, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the trip. In such instances, you will have the choice to reschedule your charter at no extra expense or receive a complete refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be promptly processed, typically within 7 to 14 business days. However, the timeframe for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your payment method and financial institution.
